It’s been, like, half a year since I left London and I still have not gotten all my photo posts up like I wanted to… WELL HERE THEY ARE! Or, here another one is. There’s, like, three more. Today we’re going to Camden Market and Regent’s Park, in search of mac n cheese and shelter from the rain, because it started pouring while we were out that day so we ran home.
My brother and I had such trouble deciding where to eat in this place. There were so many food trucks and stalls and whatnot, and we are super indecisive in a way that only intensifies when we are together.
We settled on The Mac Factory for our first entrée (we wanted 2, so we could share) – I mean, just look at that logo! It’s so good, if not, you know, super geographically relevant.
We decided on La-Med Babe, because we both love pesto. I had no idea how to say it when ordering though, lol. Is that meant to be LA like Los Angeles? Is it “la” like “the” in other languages? Who knows.
10/10 on taste! 3/10 on size – Needs to be seven times bigger.
When we were waiting for our order here, the girl ahead of us got her order but she didn’t want it with halloumi so they gave it to us! Which was great because we didn’t order it with halloumi even though we wanted it – $$ is a thing.
A neon sign to live by ^
After we ate, we walked to Regent’s Park.
This fat squirrel mama (I’m guessing she was pregnant?? She was pretty hefty looking!) appeared to get some dropped nuts and for a while there was a whole group of people just watching her eat. She was so cute and fat!
It started raining while we were in here, so we rushed to get out and take the bus home, but we got sort of lost and ended up wandering in circles for a bit…
Real life black swans!!
The exit has been spotted! Sort of, lol, I think this was just a gate out of the rose garden area.
Bus home, finally.
(Sorry this post was a bit boring in terms of commentary lol, I can’t really remember what happened in April but I still wanted to share the photos!)
